These last six months have been very productive for Hiram No. 18. In total, we have 18 new brothers who have joined us. For a relatively small lodge, this represents outstanding growth in membership. New applications continue to come forward. I believe we may be setting a new record.

Participation in lodge and our events has been tremendous. We have much to be grateful for. This may be the first time that having the Lodge go completely dark for the summer presents a challenge. We are simply too busy!

As applications roll in, we expect degrees to continue right into the end of November, perhaps with some carrying over from 2008 for the next incoming Master. The culture of our Lodge and the intrinsic principals of Free Masonry continue to attract good men to our ranks.

During our last Stated Communication (on June 4th), we revised our schedule. Please review our online calendar for details. 

Events:

• Ladies Wine Tasting at the Lodge Friday June 13th
• There will be an EA degree for three candidates on June 18th.
• The picnic remains set for August 23rd. A flyer will be circulated.
• Our tag sale has been planned for September 6th.
• Over the summer there will be a FC and MM Degree.
